BROOKLYN, N.Y. (PIX11) — Thursday afternoon was the official tip-off of brand new basketball courts at the center of a Brooklyn NYCHA development.
City officials and tenant leaders said it’s just the start of investment and growth in a community on the rise, giving young people a safe place to play.
