DOWNTOWN BROOKLYN —  They’re hot, they’re crunchy and to the customers of Buffalo Boss farm fresh chicken wings, they are perfect for Super Bowl Sunday.

More than 1,500 pounds of chicken wings are being fried on this Super Bowl Sunday at Buffalo Bosses’ three locations in Downtown Brooklyn, Barclays Center and Harlem.

Jamar White, owner of Buffalo Boss shares his secret to the perfect wing with PIX11.

“The secret to the perfect chicken wing is first a teaspoon of love,” said White. “After that, it’s all about the sauce.”

White grew up in Fort Greene, Brooklyn and says he’s always been proud of his older first cousin Jay Z, who invested in Buffalo Boss.

“He was a smart guy, always doing rap,” White said. “He gives me business advice.”

So all these eager workers will be missing the Super Bowl, no TVs in this kitchen and they are open until midnight, but they’re focused on the job at hand.

“They know how to make it hot,”  Rich Shelala, a customer told PIX11. “A lot of places go weak on the sauce and this is good crisp.”
