BROOKLYN (PIX11) — Some people who live in an all-senior NYCHA building in Brooklyn have struggled with inconsistent hot water in their apartments for more than a year.
A grandmother who lives there said enough is enough. She reached out to PIX11’s Monica Morales for help.
