MORRIS HEIGHTS, The Bronx — A Bronx high school teacher offered one of his students money for sex and sent her a video of him masturbating, according to a criminal complaint obtained by PIX11.

Henry Bueno, 33, an algebra teacher at Academy for Language and Technology on 1700 Macombs Road was arrested Oct. 26 and charged with disseminating indecent material to a minor, criminal solicitation, endangering the welfare of a child and obscenity.

The 14-year-old victim knew the teacher for about a year when he began sending her the explicit text messages in mid-September.

“I will give you $100.00 for oral sex. I will give you $150.00 for sex,” he texted the girl, according to the criminal complaint.

Prosecutors allege he sent her a video showing him masturbating saying, “Oh baby. You’re sexy. I don’t know if I should do this. You turn me on. You make me want to do this.”

“These allegations are incredibly disturbing. This teacher was immediately reassigned away from students pending the resolution of his criminal case,” said Devora Kaye, a spokeswoman for the Education Department.

Bueno, who has been a teacher at the school for 3 years, approached the girl at school on Oct. 22 and said, “You can go to my house on Saturday, so I can give you some advice, and once we’re done I’ll give a big kiss and a hug,” the complaint states.

The teacher, who education department officials say had a squeaky disciplinary record prior to this incident, begged the student to “erase” the sexually explicit photos he’d sent to her.

Bueno was arraigned Oct. 27 and released on $75,000 bail is due back in court on Tuesday. He’s been ordered to stay away from the victim.
