NEW YORK (PIX11) — A body was found floating in the Hudson River Greenway Sunday morning, police said.
Authorities found an unconscious man in the river near West 79th Street at around 9 a.m., according to the NYPD. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police said there didn’t appear to be any trauma but the medical examiner will determine the cause of death.
The man has not been identified and the investigation is ongoing.
