EAST VILLAGE — An off-duty FDNY EMT was arrested in a Santacon “brew-ho-ho” after police say she assaulted a bartender at an East Village bar.
Giannella Robalina, 30, was charged with second degree assault after she threw a glass mug at a bartender at Village Pourhouse on Third Avenue, in a dispute over the price of the bill, police said.
The bartender suffered a cut to the nose.
Robalina was commended by top FDNY brass for helping save an NYPD officer’s life back in 2013.
She was awaiting arraignment at Manhattan criminal court on Sunday.
Police say this was the only Santacon-related arrest.
