NEW YORK – Reports are finding flaws with the MTA’s plan to keep trash out of the subway system.

Some garbage cans have been removed from a few dozen stations. But is that making the problem worse?

Riders have a few suggestions to tackle the problem. PIX11’s Greg Mocker explains.
