NEW YORK CITY — Newlyweds Amanda Jane Cooper and Andrew Bell tell PIX11’s Dan Mannarino about their experience tying the knot in a virtual ceremony during the coronavirus crisis.

Couples across New York have been holding similar online ceremonies since Gov. Andrew Cuomo issued an executive order earlier in April allowing couples to file for a marriage license remotely and letting clerks conduct marriage ceremonies via video conferencing.
