HARLEM, Manhattan — New York rapper ASAP Ferg teamed up with a Manhattan restaurant to provide hundreds of meals for health care workers at Harlem Hospital as they continune to battle the COVID-19 pandemic.

ASAP Ferg, born Darold Durard Brown Ferguson Jr., delivered 300 lunches courtesy of Melba’s Restaurant earlier this week.

“These guys are risking their lives. We’re just here to make their job a little bit sweeter,” the Harlem native said.

The rapper posted several videos on Instagram, showing him and members of Melba’s Restaurant, which is also based in Harlem, set up the food at the hospital.

NYC Health and Hospitals thanked Ferguson and Melba’s for their donations.
