Gov. Andrew Cuomo offers COVID updates

BREAKING: New Yorkers who are 60 and older can get a vaccine without an appointment at state-run mass vaccination site beginning Friday, Cuomo said.

Governor spoke at a mass vaccination site in Yonkers
