NEW YORK — The COVID-19 pandemic is not only disrupting our livelihoods and relationships. For many, it’s causing disruption in sleep.

Sleep expert and author of “Reprogram Your Sleep” Tara Youngblood gives advice for getting a better night’s rest:

  • Start day with 20 minutes outside
  • Make a list and get things done
  • Take deep breaths
  • Open window and lower thermostat at night
  • Manage lights from electronics.
