NEW YORK — Some incoming freshmen are now rethinking their intentions of enrolling at their perspective choices this coming fall due to the COVID-19 outbreak.

With so much uncertainty, institutions are facing the crunch of what financial downfalls could happen if their enrollment numbers drop.
