Cold or COVID? What parents should know as school starts


It’s a question many people with congestion, a mild cough or even a fever have found themselves asking over the last year and a half: Is it just a cold, or is it COVID-19?

The symptoms between the two can be hard to tell apart, and that’s concerning for parents, whose children are heading back to school for in-person learning.

Dr. Tamara Moise-Osbourne, co-founder, CEO and medical director of Big Apple Urgent Care in Brooklyn explains how people can decipher one between the other.
