BEDFORD-STUYVESANT (PIX11) – After fire shot out of two manholes in Brooklyn, the plumes of smoke spread to a church, affecting two people.

Firefighters were called to the intersection of DeKalb and Marcy Ave. around 7 p.m. Friday evening.

While there, they treated two people at a nearby church for smoke inhalation and checked adjacent buildings for carbon monoxide.

No power loss was reported, but Con Edison workers were on the scene,
