Mel Robbins explains the power of the high five

New York Times bestselling author Mel Robbins is one of the most widely booked speakers in the world and, in her new book, she helps others take control of their lives, all with one simply habit: the high five.

Robbins says it may feel silly high fiving yourself at first, but the technique is backed by research.

“The High 5 Habit” has been on Amazon’s bestseller list since its release and more than 120,000 people have joined the challenge online.

Robbins hopes other join her in discovering just how impactful a simple high five can be.
