UPPER EAST SIDE, Manhattan — This Black Friday deal is purrfect if you’re looking for a new furry feline friend.

The ASPCA is waiving all adoption fees Friday for their sixth annual Cat Friday event. Swing by the Upper East Side location at 424 E. 92nd Street between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. to help save a homeless cat and give it a forever home.

New cat parents can also get a free hard carrier to transport their cat while supplies last.

All ASPCA pets are spayed or neutered, microchipped and are up-to-date on vaccinations.

Be sure to allow a few hours to adopt a cat or another furry friend, as ASPCA staff says the process takes some time.

Call the ASPCA Adoption Center at 212-876-7700 ext. 4120 for more information.

If you’re not in the New York City area, consider adopting a cat or dog from a local shelter near you this holiday season.
