NEW YORK (PIX11) – Police have made an arrest in the Central Park rape case.
Cops say 32-year-old Omar Hoist was arrested Tuesday night inside Metropolitan Hospital.
The victim says she was walking on a path near Fifth Avenue, when a man asked her for directions. That’s when he allegedly attacked her.
Hoist is facing rape, strangulation and assault charges.
