NEW YORK — Aerosmith’s Joe Perry was rushed to the hospital after performing with Billy Joel at Madison Square Garden Saturday night, according to multiple media reports.

According to TMZ, the 68-year-old guitarist had just finished “Walk This Way” with Billy Joel on stage and went back to his dressing room when he reportedly collapsed.

Paramedics responded and worked on the musician for 40 minutes, reportedly “placing a tracheal tube down his throat to clear the air path” and then rushed Perry to the hospital. His condition is not known.

Rock radio host tweeted, “Sending my best to rock icon and friend ⁦@JoePerry⁩ . Joe was just with me on my last radio special from LA. I’m hearing he’s doing well today thankfully! Be well Joe!!”

In June 2016, Perry collapsed on stage during a performance in Coney Island with his lesser known band Hollywood Vampires.

He was performing Sunday night alongside Alice Cooper and actor Johnny Depp when he sat down on the drum set and stumbled off stage, where he reportedly lost consciousness.

He was then transported to Coney Island Hospital where he underwent unspecified tests, an official confirmed.
