MURRAY HILL, Queens — A young man has been arrested for DWI after allegedly drunkenly crashing and killing his passenger.

On Friday at 3:38 a.m., Kyung Song, 29, allegedly crashed his 2014 Porsche into an empty, parked school bus on Sanford Avenue, outside PS22 Thomas Jefferson Elementary School.

Song’s passenger suffered severe body trauma in the crash. EMS declared her dead at the scene.

Song was arrested and charged with DWI.

Police could not confirm the passenger was Song’s girlfriend or that Song tried to hurt himself following the accident, despite other reports.
