NEW YORK (PIX11) — There’s a monster in the bedroom, and no, it’s not inside the closet.

Snoring has been an unwelcome addition to anyone’s sleep regimen. Thankfully, there’s a way to put an end to it.

Dr, Michael Breus, also known as “The Sleep Doctor,” joined New York Living to discuss ways on lessening snoring. His advice included people sleeping on their side, as well as treating nasal congestion in a variety of ways.
