NEW YORK (PIX11) — Matt Friend, the man of many voices, stopped by New York Living on Monday to share some of his favorite impressions and the doors opened by his knack for mimicry.
But, the comedian said, the talent isn’t without its drawbacks.
“I have a joke in my set. … I was on a date and a girl was like, ‘Why are you doing that voice?’” said Friend. “I can’t help the fact that I always sound like I’m delivering a major breaking news announcement. I have ‘Resting Broadcaster Voice,’ you should know that.”
