NEW YORK (PIX11) – Monday marked Job Action Day, which recognizes and empowers those who dream of having a job they love and encourages people to take the next steps to grow their careers.

People looking for jobs are also getting some help thanks to New York City’s new salary transparency law. Now, job seekers have an idea of how much they could get paid before they apply.
