NEW YORK (PIX11) – Truck McDonald, the manager of training and content at the New York Hall of Science, joined New York Living on Monday to share a fun and easy experiment parents can do at home with their kids to get them excited about STEM.

The New York Hall of Science is a world-class destination for learning and play. It welcomes roughly 500,000 students, teachers, and families each year.

They also offer meaningful work experiences for high school and college students through their “Explainer” program, where young adults help visitors understand the science behind New York Hall of Science’s exhibits and demonstrations.
