NEW YORK (PIX11) – Bar Dog Wine, a wine company, is gearing up to host their fourth annual “Howl-o-ween” costume contest to raise money for foster animals across the country.
One of the animal shelters taking part in the contest is Paws Crossed Animal Rescue, based in New York City.
