LOWER EAST SIDE, Manhattan (PIX11) — A New York City organization known for highlighting the rich culture and contributions of the Puerto Rican and Latin American communities is now taking its mission a step further. The nonprofit plans to revitalize the Lower East Side by making it more eco-friendly.
