Robert Janiec is a meteorologist and weather producer for PIX11 News in New York.
Born and raised in New Jersey, Robert worked for PIX11 News from 2013-2019 and returned in 2022.
Robert graduated in 2007 from Kean University in Union, NJ with a B.S. in Earth Sciences: Meteorology. He interned and worked for NBC Universal and its brand NBC WeatherPlus before his start at PIX11 News.
Robert is also a weather observer and a trained Skywarn Spotter by the National Weather Service.
