    JERSEY CITY, N.J. — Crews are working to repair a water main break in New Jersey Friday morning. Authorities were called to the vicinity of Halladay Street and Johnston Avenue in Jersey City.     QUEENS VILLAGE, Queens — A man has been charged with murder and arson in connection with a Queens fire that killed a woman in a wheelchair late Tuesday night, according to FDNY officials.
