    NEW YORK — New York City is seeing an uptick in the number of hate crimes on the subway. The NYPD said there has been about 68 incidents so far this year, compared to 44 in 2018.     UPPER EAST SIDE, Manhattan — Police are looking for the people who allegedly robbed a luxury designer store in Manhattan Wednesday morning. A man and a woman walked into the Jimmy Choo store on Madison Avenue and East 62nd Street just before noon, according to police.
