    MORNINGSIDE HEIGHTS, Manhattan (PIX11) — A woman was struck and killed by a tour while attempting to cross a Manhattan street Wednesday afternoon. Police say 68-year-old Wanda Canestri tried to cross Amsterdam Avenue at the corner of West 113th Street at about 3:00 p.m. The white tour bus, which was parked along Amsterdam Avenue, moved forward and struck Canestri, causing her to fall underneath the bus.     WEST NYACK, N.Y. (PIX11) — A man was killed after an ambulette and a small bus collided near a suburban shopping mall just after 2:30 p.m. Thursday. Clarkstown police say the minibus was carrying two passengers and the ambulette was carrying one. The 48-year-old man killed was a passenger in the ambulette. None of the injuries sustained by the other four parties are deemed to be life threatening.
