Jimmy Choo store in Manhattan robbed, police say

UPPER EAST SIDE, Manhattan — Police are looking for the people who allegedly robbed a luxury designer store in Manhattan Wednesday morning.

A man and a woman walked into the Jimmy Choo store on Madison Avenue and East 62nd Street just before noon, according to police.

Authorities said the duo got away with 12 designer handbags and fled in a dark blue vehicle with Pennsylvania license plates.

No injuries were reported.
