Award-winning chef JJ Johnson has set up shop in Harlem with his new restaurant Fieldtrip. The eatery features global flavor and host of dishes spotlighting rice as the main ingredient. Main dishes start at $8.95.
JJ Johnson served as chef at The Cecil in Harlem. He's also authored his first cookbook "Between Harlem and Heaven: Afro-Asian-American Cooking for Big Nights, Weeknights, and Every Day."
