3 injured in Brooklyn scaffolding collapse

GOWANUS, Brooklyn — Three people were injured in a Sunday scaffolding collapse, officials said.

The collapse happened at a residential high-rise building on 4th avenue, according to the FDNY. Scaffolding fell from the top floor to the setback at 249 4th Avenue.

One person suffered serious injuries, officials said. Two people suffered injuries that are not considered to be life threatening.
