Chef Andy Seidel from NYC's Strip House Steakhouse, offers his best tips on grilling the perfect steak and the biggest mistakes to avoid.

Here are some of his recommendations:

  • Start with a great cut
  • Get prime grade beef
  • Take steaks out 30 minutes before
