Massive fire rips through building in the Bronx

THE BRONX — A massive fire ripped through a building in the Bronx Thursday evening.

It started around 8 p.m. and quickly escalated to a 4-alarm fire. The fire took over the top floor, cockloft and flames could be seen shooting from the roof.

No injuries have been reported.

The cause of the fire is being investigated.
