Partial building collapse in Crown Heights injures 6 people: FDNY

CROWN HEIGHTS — Six people were injured when a building partially collapsed in Crown Heights Tuesday, according to FDNY.

Four people are in serious condition, and two people suffered minor injuries, according to FDNY officials. FDNY sources initially said one person was in critical condition.

The collapse occurred near Park Place and Schenectady Avenue.

Police are asking people to avoid the area.

Reports of the incident came in around 10 a.m.
