High school in Brooklyn cleared by police following bomb threat

BOROUGH PARK, Brooklyn — West Brooklyn Community High School evacuated Monday morning after a bomb threat was called in, a police spokesperson said.

Police searched the school, but did not find any device, an NYPD spokesman said. The school was reopened and people were allowed back inside several hours after the bomb threat was called in around 8:50 a.m.
