Keeping your fitness resolutions for 2017

Making those resolutions to get fit, eat better and live a healthier lifestyle is easier said than done.

But maybe that’s because we didn’t have the right guidance.

Now we do, thanks to registered dietitian and nutritionist Keri Gans and fitness expert Ngo Okafor.

PIX11 met up with them at Clay Health Club + Spa to get tips on how to stick those resolutions and make them a lifestyle.
