Dallas mom dances to ‘Juju on That Beat’ during treatment: ‘Who says cancer and chemo have to get you down?’

DALLAS – Who says cancer and chemo have to get you down? This Texas mother isn’t having it.

In a video posted to Instagram, 32-year-old Ana-Alecia Ayala dances her heart out to the latest viral trend “Juju on that Beat” during her treatment.

“Who says cancer and chemo have to get get you down?” she wrote. “We’ll have the last laugh!! Having an awesome chemo buddy like @danilax21 who is ALWAYS down for a dance party helps too!! We want to show the world that dancing and laughter is the BEST medicine.”

Ayala was diagnosed with a rare from of cancer last December.

She’s dealing with tumors on her uterus and spleen, but when she has the energy, she likes do what she can.

Ayala, who is optimistic about her battle because of her 3-year-old daughter, told Inside Edition doing silly things and laughing make all the difference.

To pay off the rising costs of her medical bills, her family set up a GoFundMe page in hopes for charitable donations.
