HUDSON, Wis. — A Wisconsin police officer had a close call when she was nearly hit by her own cruiser while helping out another driver over the weekend.

Dash cam video from the Hudson Police cruiser showed officer Hilary Hundberg walking away from her car to help another driver who got a flat tire. Hundberg was parked on the highway's shoulder.

As Hundberg was walking back, another car rear-ended her cruiser, pushing it toward her. She saw the speeding car coming and jumped out of the way just in time.

Hundberg was able to avoid the potentially deadly crash unscathed.
