WOODSIDE, Queens — Police arrested a 42-year-old man Friday who allegedly threatened a woman with a hatchet, dragged her to the ground and ran off with her bag.

Moises Fernandez allegedly approached the 23-year-old victim from behind near the intersection of Woodside and Roosevelt Avenues around 11:30 p.m. pm on Saturday night.

Police arrested Fernandez on Friday and charged him with grand larceny, robbery and menacing for the Oct. 1 robbery.
