Man charged with wearing clear plastic wrap bikini on NJ beach

BEACH HAVEN, N.J. — A man was arrested Monday for lewdness after he wore a “clear plastic wrap bikini” on a public beach in New Jersey.

Stephen Wojciehowski, 59, was arrested for the alleged act of lewdness after eyewitnesses saw him wearing the homemade bathing suit, made of clear plastic wrap, which clearly exposed his genitals.

Police said in a Facebook post he wore the plastic wrap on the beach two days in a row. reports the Stafford Township man was arrested and then released pending further court proceedings.

A woman who answered the phone at his house said “nobody’s here” and hung up when an Associated Press reporter called. It’s unclear if he has an attorney who could comment on his behalf.
