Deli worker fatally shot in Jamaica, Queens

JAMAICA, Queens — A deli worker was fatally shot in Queens early Saturday morning, police say.

Police responded to the shooting at 6:33 a.m. at the Sunshine Deli located at 111-08 Merrick Blvd.

Mamadou N. Diallo, 46, of Jamaica, was found with a gunshot wound to his head.

EMS pronounced him dead at the scene.

Police released surveillance video Saturday afternoon showing two possible suspects in the shooting.
