Follow-up Friday: Brooklyn Little League team saved

The Brooklyn Tigers, a little league team in Bushwick, reached out to PIX11 News for new equipment. After our story aired, the Yankees, Modell's, and All State Insurance offered to help.

There was a potential sinkhole at the intersection of Autumn and Liberty Avenue. After our story aired, the Department of Environmental Protection filled it in.

An elevator in a high-rise building for mentally disabled residents has not worked for more than a month. Our story aired Monday and after several calls to two elevator companies, there was good news Friday.

According to Management at the Goddard Riverside Community Center at 140th Street, there is partial service and they are working on fixing the problem.
