RALEIGH, N.C. — This is one bad Santa.

A 64-year-old North Carolina man who worked as a Santa Claus in a local mall has plead guilty to child pornography charges.

Authorities say that Leander Dewey Jones was discovered producing child porn of his own two grandchildren while they were in his care.

Jones was caught after bringing his desktop computer in for repair at a store in Raleigh, N.C. After techs found more than 4,000 images of child porn on his computer, they alerted authorities.

Police searched Jones' home on Brentwood Road in Raleigh and found additional files, a spy cam that was set up in his bathroom, as well as business cards advertising himself as Santa Claus, a magician, and a pirate for kids parties.

Jones pled guilty to child porn charges, including manufacturing child pornography, in federal court and was sentenced to 30 years behind bars.
