CONCOURSE, the Bronx — Police are asking for the public’s help Sunday to identify two men in connection with a slashing that took place inside Franz Sigel Park.

The two men were in the park Thursday night when they allegedly approached a 20-year-old victim and began to argue with him.

One of the men displayed a knife and then used the knife to slash the victim twice on his right arm and once on his back, police said.

They took the victim’s backpack and wallet which held an unknown amount of cash.

The victim was taken to the hospital for his injuries and was in stable condition.

One of the men can be seen in the photo obtained by police and released to the public.

Both are described as being between 18 and 20 years old and between 5-feet 7-inches and 5-feet 10-inches tall.
