PHILADELPHIA — In an apparent appeal to working Americans, Vice President Joe Biden has told delegates at the Democratic National Convention that the only person in the election willing to help average Americans is Hillary Clinton. Speaking about Donald Trump, Biden asked delegates not to boo or cheer before he could finish listing criticisms of Donald Trump. Biden said Trump’s claim to support the middle-class is “a bunch of malarkey.” President Barack Obama will also address the convention tonight.
