HUNTINGTON, Long Island — A restaurant worker was arrested Saturday for allegedly hiding a cellphone in a bathroom stall and secretly recording employees.

An employee at the restaurant Prime at 117 New York Ave. found the cellphone in the employee bathroom Saturday night, according to police. The cellphone was set to record.

Jose Rivas, 34, who works as the restaurant’s dishwasher, was arrested and charged with unlawful surveillance, police said.
