KINGMAN, Ariz. — Four people were killed in a car crash involving a Dallas Cowboys tour bus in northwestern Arizona Sunday afternoon.
Arizona Department of Public Safety spokesman Quentin Mehr said the crash occurred on U.S. 93 30 miles north of Kingman.
Mehr said the bus collided with a van on the highway. Four passengers in the van were killed.
Dallas Cowboys spokesman Rich Dalrymple says the bus had no players, only staff members on board. They suffered “bumps and bruises.”
The bus was en route to Las Vegas for a fan event where the team’s mascot was expected to appear.
