Members of Donald Trump’s campaign staff involved in RFK Bridge car crash

NEW YORK — A car carrying some of Donald Trump’s campaign staff was involved in a car crash on the Robert F. Kennedy Bridge Monday afternoon while driving to the airport.

The car was driving from Trump Tower in New York City to LaGuardia Airport when the crash occurred.

Trump spokeswoman Hope Hicks says the staff car was driving separately from Trump’s motorcade.

Hicks says everyone involved in the crash is okay.

The presumptive GOP candidate and his wife Melania are on their way to Cleveland for the Republican National Convention.
