Man forces 13-year-old to perform oral sex, tries to rape her in Bronx apartment: Police

FOXHURST, Bronx – Police are hunting for a man who allegedly forced a 13-year-old girl to perform a sexual act on him and then tried to rape her inside her Bronx apartment.

The NYPD said it happened inside a residential building in the vicinity of Jennings Street and Intervale Avenue in Foxhurst around 1 p.m. Wednesday.

Police said the assailant followed the teen into her building's elevator and coerced her into letting him inside her apartment. Once inside, he threatened her with a knife and demanded money, but when she told him that she didn't have any he placed property inside a book bag, according to the NYPD. He then forced her to perform oral sex on him and tried to rape her, police said.

Afterwards he ran away with the victim's book bag eastbound on Jennings Street.

The suspect police are looking for is described as approximately 18-years-old man weighing around 150 pounds. He was last seen wearing black pants, black slippers, white socks, a light-colored book bag and he carried either a red T-shirt or towel over his shoulder, police said.
